The interface of previous versions (6 onward) worked but was not efficient.

Setting these up originally was a nightmare, even with technical support.

However, 8.2.21172 works beautifully and is blazingly fast.

It required one contact with tech support to help set it up, because there was one thing that had to be selected but no visible instruction to do this.

I dont use the LabelWriter for anything except printing address labels.

I note that many others consider previous versions of this software abysmal.

They point out that it doesnt do various things that I dont try to do, so I dont know whether this version has improved what they are complaining about.

All I can say is that for simply printing labels, it now works perfectly for me.

It is easy to manipulate and the wide range of preloaded labels is helpful, although custom labels are easy.

When importing addresses it wasnt reliable and I found it faster to just type them in freshly.

Since it comes with the printers, you cant beat it with a stick.

I have a client that prints well over a hundred labels for letters to her extended family, and she likes to click her Family group from OS X Address Book in the Dymo software, and print labels to all of them at once.

Shes frustrated, which will likely lead to less label printing, which of course is bad.

Once reported, our staff will be notified and the comment will be reviewed.
